Days of Our Lives Thursday, August 8 Recap: Mystery Woman’s Facial Reconstructive Surgeries & Memory Loss

In the latest episode of Days of Our Lives on Thursday, August 8, a lot of drama unfolded in Salem. Paul Narita was deeply concerned about John Black’s well-being and had lingering questions about his kidnapping. He also shared worries about Brady Black, leading Andrew Donovan to offer comfort and a distraction.

Andrew got word that EJ DiMera had agreed to Theresa Donovan’s plea deal, reducing her sentence to six months. Meanwhile, in the town square, Tate Black lied to his father, Brady, about his reasons for returning to Salem, claiming concern over Theresa’s imprisonment. Brady, feeling overwhelmed, apologized for not informing Tate sooner.

Holly Jonas had her hands full dealing with Sophia Choi, who was clearly enjoying making life difficult for Holly. Sophia’s meddling continued as she tried to plant doubts in Holly’s mind about her relationship with Tate.

Elsewhere, Andrew and Paul bumped into Tate and Brady, and Tate was relieved to learn that Theresa would only serve six months. However, he later lied to Brady about heading back to lacrosse camp.

At the hospital, John Black was reunited with Marlena Evans, Paul, and Brady, though he remained evasive about the details of his kidnapping, hinting at a connection to the Abigail DiMera drama.

This woman, suffering from memory loss and a new face after reconstructive surgeries, revealed that Clyde Weston had helped her recover but warned Chad and Jack to tread carefully.

The episode ended with Chad and Jack persuading the mystery woman to return to Salem, raising questions about whether she might be Abigail after all. The mystery surrounding her identity will surely keep fans on the edge of their seats.
